Individuals are referred to Tempus Novo directly or through Job Centres, probation, police, hostels, or partner organisations.

Risk assessment
A robust safeguarding and background assessment is completed to ensure the right support and safe outcomes.

Work ready
We assess whether the individual is ready for employment and identify any barriers that need addressing.

Documentation
We ensure all practical requirements are in place, including CV, ID, National Insurance number and bank account details.

Casework assigned
We then support the dedicated caseworker who is assigned to guide the individual through the employment journey.

Employment matching
We identify suitable roles and work with employers to create the best possible match for long-term success.

Continued support
We provide ongoing support for both the employer and service user for up to 12 months to sustain employment.
