Extensive multi-agency risk assessments are completed.

Permission
If completed a serving prisoner is granted Release On Temporary License and given permission to work.

Work ready
We then use our assessment process to determine if the employee is work-ready.

Case worker
A caseworker is then assigned.

Employment
We then support the employee to find suitable employment.

Employer
We work with the employer and employee to onboard them into work.

Continued support
Our caseworker will continue to support the employee for 12 months after their release.
